Due to the nature of printing and the set up time involved, black and white proofs of your wedding stationery will be sent to you which we ask you to check carefully sign & return. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions discovered on receipt of printed goods. Please understand the importance of the proofing process and clarify any queries you may have by phone or email prior to returning proofs.
Refunds will only be granted where the stationery is faulty or the specifications of the order have not been met, once notified in writing within 7 days from receipt of order. Every effort will be made to complete work as and when contracted but we will not be responsible for delays, variations or failure to complete by forces beyond our control.
